Description GSPANN is hiring a Configuration Manager to manage and govern the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy. The role includes integrating CMDB with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and developing compliance dashboards

Role and Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data model, including Configuration Item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of CMDB data by applying governance and validation practices.
  • Govern the lifecycle of CIs in compliance with established change management processes.
  • Integrate the CMDB with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release.
