Job Title: IT Asset & Configuration Management (ITAM & CMDB) Specialist
Base location- Puchong (KL)
Mode- Hybrid
Employment mode: - Annual Renewable contract
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage data quality for IT Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) within the CMDB (ServiceNow)
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of asset and configuration data across the full lifecycle
Maintain a reliable and up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and related configurations
Govern asset and CI lifecycle activities from onboarding to retirement
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements, internal policies, and audit requirements
Develop, implement, and enforce IT Asset and Configuration Management policies, standards, and procedures
Monitor and report on CMDB data quality using the eight dimensions of data quality, by entity and product
