Configuration Management Database Professional (CMDB)

What success looks like in this role:

Gathers detailed hardware and software inventory information to facilitate decisions about purchasing, allocating, replenishing and retiring IT assets. Contributes to asset lifecycle management and helps ensure the effective and efficient use of allocated hardware, software and associated infrastructure. Enforces compliance with corporate security policies, licensing requirements and technology deployment standards. Coordinates with system support, networking and other personnel to ensure the effective and efficient management of company assets.

Initiatives: Lead or participate in special projects related to asset management, such as system upgrades, process reengineering, or strategic initiatives

Certifications : Should be ITILV4 & CSA Certified
