Configuration Engineer

Act as the owner for managing site design, sales configurations, and delivery configurations in the rep office.

Support the configuration management process and ensure configuration quality and efficiency.

During configuration management of certain account departments/projects:

1. Drive the collaboration between site design engineers, product configuration engineers, and delivery configuration engineers (known as 3E). Participate in solution design and implementation. Develop site configuration rules and configuration principles of each item and incorporate them into the project TSSR, SSR, and BOQ tool templates.
2. Integrate the design of transaction units (tax saving) and fulfillment units (fulfillment cost saving) and take responsibility for the transaction quality of specific account departments or products.
3. Manage and monitor configuration quality, and support process improvement and the implementation of system optimization solutions.
