Key Job Accountabilities

• Develops / executes manufacturing solutions / provides services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty and mentoring others on the team (in-discipline) and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Guiding use of appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Serves as a technical and/or project team lead with discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus manufacturing processes / product requirements & specifications / cross-discipline or supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.
