Configuration Analyst

Overview

The Application Configuration Analyst serves as an integral member of a global team to configure and deliver Willis Towers Watson’s technology products and tools to our external or internal clients. This role works with Willis Towers Watson’s proprietary and/or industry‑leading applications and ensures that these are set up according to agreed‑upon technical specifications and quality standards. The Configuration Analyst will be responsible for creating Compensation surveys, validation rules, pre and post validation rules, client portal and reports. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects and ensure delivery of high‑quality services and products to clients.

Role

• Review the Survey Input requirements (Jobs, Elements and translations) then set up Compensation Surveys. These are Excel based Surveys configured in a WTW Application.
