**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Conference Services Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of contracted group events at Big Cedar Lodge. This role serves as the key liaison between clients and resort departments, ensuring flawless execution, outstanding guest experiences and alignment with the resort’s standards of rustic luxury.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Actively sell and promote resort offerings – including venues, dining, golf, spa, marina, food and Beverage and activities- ensuring each group experience reflects the full range the resorts world-class amenities.
+ Meet and exceed individual and departmental sales goals, including revenue targets, upsell objectives and cross-sell initiatives.
+ Coordinate, plan, and execute all assigned group programs, including Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), resumes, and pre-conference meetings.
