Key Responsibilities:

  • Concur Administration : Support with level 2 and 3 support of Concur related inquiries, helping users with issue resolution, be the first point of contact from a Global Shared Services stand-point.
  • Credit Card administration : Be the main point of contact with relation to credit card administration for Travel and Entertainment credit cards as well as Purchasing cards.
  • Continuous improvements in T&E : Be an agent of change for the Travel and Entertainment team and Concur platform. Contribute in the design and implementation of changes to our existing processes to enhance our customer experience.
  • Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • At least 2 years of experience in Concur issue resolutions, from troubleshooting user issues, resetting passwords, researching various issues with Con...
