Key Responsibilities:
Concur Administration : Support with level 2 and 3 support of Concur related inquiries, helping users with issue resolution, be the first point of contact from a Global Shared Services stand-point. Credit Card administration : Be the main point of contact with relation to credit card administration for Travel and Entertainment credit cards as well as Purchasing cards. Continuous improvements in T&E : Be an agent of change for the Travel and Entertainment team and Concur platform. Contribute in the design and implementation of changes to our existing processes to enhance our customer experience. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
