Concrete Superintendent

What matters to us

Qualifications:

• 7–15+ years of experience in concrete construction, preferably in heavy civil, infrastructure, high-rise, or industrial projects.
• 3–5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Proven ability to manage large crews and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling and productivity metrics.
• Proficiency with construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with tunnel or underground concrete works considered an asset.
