Description

We are currently seeking a Plant Supervisor at our Garstang Plant. This hands‑on supervisor will run the site independently, ensuring smooth concrete production and a safe, tidy working environment while meeting the needs of local customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch and manage concrete production.
• Maintain the site’s cleanliness, orderliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support overall operations.
• Liaise regularly with distribution teams and hauliers to coordinate deliveries and meet customer requirements.
• Work 48 hours a week Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings, with flexibility to meet business demand.
