The role encompasses directing daily concrete crew activities, supporting formwork and concrete operations, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Strong leadership coupled with a hands-on approach will be essential to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate activities of concrete crews
• Communicate daily work plans and priorities
• Support formwork and concrete placement tasks
• Lead health and safety practices on-site
• Inspect formwork before concrete placement
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of concrete construction experience
