**Job Description**
This role supports commercial concrete projects, including flatwork for new construction such as apartment buildings and hotels. You will work closely with a lead worker to perform hands-on concrete labor, focusing on setting up, pouring, and breaking down concrete forms on active construction sites.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist the lead worker with day-to-day concrete operations on commercial construction projects.
+ Transport and position concrete forms and related materials around the job site.
+ Wheelbarrow concrete from the delivery point to designated pour areas in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Help set up forms prior to pours, ensuring they are properly aligned and secured.
+ Assist with tearing down and removing forms after the concrete has set.
