**Pay:** $27–$33/hr (based on experience)

**Overview**

Hiring experienced concrete form setters for residential and commercial projects across Phoenix. Work includes foundations, slabs, and structural pours on high-end job sites. Consistent work across multiple locations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set and align concrete forms for foundations, slabs, and structural work
+ Perform site prep, rebar placement, and assist with concrete pours
+ Use tools such as bull floats and power screeds for finishing work
+ Measure, cut, and assemble formwork accurately
+ Work with crew to complete pours on schedule
+ Use hand and power tools safely
