Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Smooth and finish surfaces of precast concrete using hand and power tools.
  • Patch and repair imperfections to ensure product quality.
  • Assist with setting and stripping forms as needed.
  • Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

    • Requirements

  • Must have own transportation, no public transportation available
  • Ability to speak and comprehend basic English
  • Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
  • Ability to understand and apply basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, division, & multiplication
  • Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
  • Willing to follow the company safety and quality program
  • Good attendance and a positive attitude
