**Job Description**
This role focuses on building and installing formwork that shapes concrete into foundational structures such as walls, columns, and slabs. You will work closely with project leaders, interpret technical drawings, and use a variety of tools to construct precise, high-quality concrete forms while adhering to strict safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate with project leaders to understand the full scope of work and project expectations.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings to plan and execute formwork.
+ Measure, cut, and shape lumber or other materials into structural molds for concrete placement.
+ Construct and prepare structural forms for bulkheads, walls, columns, and slabs according to blueprints.
+ Use a wide variety of hand tools and power tools, such as drills, saws, and hammers, to complete daily tasks.
