Hamilton Island’s luxury resort qualia is seeking an experienced and service-focused Concierge to join our Front Office team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of Australia’s most awarded luxury destinations, renowned for its world-class service, attention to detail and breathtaking Whitsundays location.
As Concierge, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our VIP guests enjoy a seamless and unforgettable stay – from personalised welcomes to curated itineraries and flawless coordination across all touchpoints. Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you’ll liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the intuitive, elevated service qualia is known for.
