As the friendly face of our centre, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.


• Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.


• Welcoming customers at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs.


• Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.


• Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online inquiries.
