Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concierge, located in Metro Manila. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients and visitors with inquiries and requests. Daily tasks include managing reservations, executing receptionist duties, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all. The Concierge will be the first point of contact and will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
