To perform the routine job described below:

  • Attending to incoming and out going calls
  • Attending to incoming vendors./ visitor
  • Assisting incoming and out going couriers.
  • Storing and keeping safe couriers and items for clients until they collect .
  • Arranging transport for employee/ visitor if needed.
  • Assist Room Booking for clients.
  • Assisting client on their requirement and their complaints.
  • Assisting team members to resolve clients issue.
  • Supply stationeries for clients as and when needed
  • Arrange Store for clients for storage purpose.
  • Getting Technician to rectify defects as per clients request.
  • Getting Cleaners to attend to client on housekeeping matters as and when is required.
  • Handle incoming mails and segregating accordingly.
  • Assisting HR Department by collecting important documents from new hire and others documents y by dropping inside HR drop box and ...
