Job Description

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Greet people coming into the dealership, direct them to the appropriate contact and determine the nature of their visit.
  • Answers basic customer inquiries.
  • Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a Sales Manager.
  • Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
  • Serves as telephone back-up.
  • Serves as clerical back-up.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
  • Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
