Responsibilities

  • Greeting all guests and acknowledging returning guests.
  • Conducting the Bell service activities such as luggage service upon guest's arrival and departure, luggage storage, message service, parcel and mail hand-over, information service, and other related tasks.
  • Assisting to arrange transportation for guests in the absence of Chief Concierge.
  • Offer assistance to all guests and provide them with information requested and directions, escorting the guest whenever possible.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the hotel's vehicle.
