The Hardiman Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional Concierge assistant to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong local knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide valet parking services and safely handle guest vehicles
  • Support guests with luggage and general enquiries
  • Provide local information and arrange restaurant, tour, and activity bookings
  • Handle guest requests and coordinate with other departments
  • Deliver a warm, efficient, and memorable guest experience

Essential Requirements

  • Full, valid in date driver's licence


Additional Requirements

  • Previous hotel or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
