Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team in El-Ain.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during their stay.
• Greet guests upon arrival.
• Make reservations and arrange transportation.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
• Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local area.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Open to Indian nationals and foreigners.
