  • Offer professional, consistent, friendly, and engaging service
  • Ensure inter‑departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction
  • Providing accurate information about activities and dining in the hotel and surrounding area
  • Offering assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for travel, dining, special requests, and activities
  • Serve as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotel
