- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform system upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Provide technical support to users in person, over the phone, or remotely.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security tools.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, updates, and system performance.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
