  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
  • Provide technical support to users in person, over the phone, or remotely.
  • Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, updates, and system performance.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and diagnostic software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
