Note: This is a full-time, onsite position based in Davao City. Freelance and remote work arrangements are NOT available for this role.

Qualifications & Selection Criteria

Essentials

  • Programmer - Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • 3 to 5+ years' experience as a Full-Stack Developer building production applications
  • Proven experience delivering B2B SaaS products from concept to live deployment
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
  • Strong backend development experience , Python, Ruby, or similar)
  • Experience designing and managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Demonstrated experience building multi-tenant systems, user roles, and permissions
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices
  • Experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
