Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
System Management:
- Monitor and maintain construction management software systems, including project management, scheduling, and budgeting tools.
- Operate and oversee software for design and drafting (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to support engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure all construction-related data is accurately stored, organized, and backed up in the system.
Data Entry & Processing:
- Input and update project information, including material costs, labor hours, progress reports, and other relevant construction data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of construction timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in digital systems.
