Job Description
Endless Summer is seeking a permanent CNC Machinist to operate and set up machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments by fabricating, modifying, and repairing mechanical instruments. This incumbent is also required to perform advanced and more complex troubleshooting to identify defects or malfunctions.
Key Responsibilities
Operates and sets up machines/tools which are used to produce parts. Operation and set up includes but is not limited to the following:
Studies sample parts, blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products and to determine product dimensions and tolerances.
Supports metalworking projects from planning and fabrication through assembly, inspection, and testing, using knowledge of machine functions, metal properties and mathematics.
Sets up, adjusts, and operates basic machine tools as well as specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining...
