Computer Numerical Control

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling or turning machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Select, install, and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Perform machine setup adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Record production data such as dimensions, quantities, and equipment performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools.
• Identify and report any equipment issues or deviations from quality standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and quality control teams to maintain product accuracy.
• Follow company safety policies and ensure a clean, organized work area.
