Computer Engineering Intern/OJT

The Engineering Design Intern role is focused on learning the discipline of bridging stakeholder pain points with technical engineering solutions. The intern will assist in the Plan and Check phases of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, learning how to develop accurate technical designs (BOQ, BOM, Drawings) and verifying reality through site inspections. A key component of this internship is Observation and Feedback, where the student identifies process gaps to foster organizational learning.

Solution Design & Documentation (Assisting Phase)

• Technical Drafting: Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Materials (BOM), and basic engineering drawings/diagrams under supervision.

• Meeting Documentation: Act as the primary recorder for technical minutes and notes during community and internal meetings to ensure decision traceability.
