Key Responsibilities
Digitizing and Designing: Convert logos, images, and creative concepts into embroidery files (e.g., .DST, .EMB).
Technical Setup: Determine appropriate stitch types (satin, fill), density, pull compensation, and underlay based on fabric types.
Software Proficiency: Utilize embroidery software (Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima, Hatch) to create and edit designs.
