Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 15 years working experience of actual work experience in Project Accounting, General & Cost Accounting, preferably senior level position in a Manufacturing/Construction Company.

The Comptroller is responsible for the following tasks:

• Directs and manages the company's Comptrollership Division to include management of general accounting, cost accounting, financial planning and budgeting functions.
• Highly knowledgeable of Project Accounting, he must be able to compute GP's per project and maximize the profitability for each project.
• Safeguards the company's financial and fixed assets by setting up internal controls, conducting cycle counts, and optimizing the allocation and utilization thereof
• Institutes appropriate measures to control costs and expenses of the company, minimize or avoid losses, and maximize profits of the company.
