We are seeking a skilled Compounder to join our production team, responsible for batching and mixing liquids using advanced equipment to measure and alter viscosity. The role involves manufacturing pilot batches and troubleshooting problem batches while adhering to GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations.
**Responsibilities**
Batch and mix liquids using specified equipment.
Measure and alter viscosity of batches using machine interfaces such as HMI and SC88.
Manufacture pilot batches and troubleshoot problem batches.
Follow GMP procedures to ensure compliance with government and corporate regulations.
**Essential Skills**
Compounding experience in a GMP environment (2+ years).
Basic math and measurement skills using tools like viscometers and scales.
Experience with batching and correcting batches of 6,000L+.
Ability to mix batches containing 5 or more ingredients.
