We are seeking a skilled Compounder to join our team. The role involves batching and mixing liquids, utilizing equipment to measure and alter the viscosity of batches, and ensuring compliance with GMP procedures. You will manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches, all while working with machine interfaces such as HMI and SC88.
**Responsibilities**
Batch and mix liquids according to specified guidelines.
Utilize equipment to measure and adjust the viscosity of batches.
Operate machine interfaces like HMI and SC88 effectively.
Follow GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations.
Manufacture pilot batches and troubleshoot problem batches.
**Essential Skills**
2+ years of compounding experience in a GMP environment.
Proficiency in basic math and measurement skills using tools such as viscometers and scales.
Experience with batching and correcting batches of 6,000L or more...
