Summary You will serve as a COMPOSITE/PLASTIC FABRICATOR SUPV I in the Plastic Fabricator Shop, Shop 64, of the Production Resources Department (Code 900) of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will supervise employees responsible for accomplishing all plastic fabricator work required in the repair and maintenance of ships and submarines. You will evaluate manpower requirements and reassign personnel as necessary to maintain project schedule. You will mentor and provide on-the-job training for plastic fabricator personnel. You will direct all employees on the crew to work in a safe manner by abiding with all safety rules. You will inform superiors of issues that may impact schedule, cost, and quality.
