Job Description

• Design FRP composite structures using advanced engineering principles
• Select and optimize composite materials including glass fibers, resins, and additives
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for composite products
• Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and mechanical simulations for composite structures
• Collect, analyze, and document technical data for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Composite Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of composite material properties and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS) and material science calculations
