JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.
  • Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply!
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
  • Internship, academic projects, or coursework related to quality assurance, product validation, or process improvement is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results, document findings, and suggest improvements.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements or other quality standards (training or coursework acceptable).
  • Exposure to the automotive industry or supplier quality processes is a plus but not required.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office Applications.
