Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Design, develop, test, and release components in line with company standards.

  • Adapt Group designs to African market and environmental conditions.

  • Apply preventative and corrective engineering tools (e.g. DFMEA).

  • Ensure quality, safety, and reliability compliance before production release.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate engineering and technical data.

  • Manage engineering changes in line with production build levels.

  • Support production, localisation, and cost optimisation initiatives.

  • Participate in cross-divisional projects and technical forums.


REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:


  • Minimum of NDip BTech, BSc or BEng in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering
