BOM Validation

  • Confirm and validate the finalized CBOM component comply with customer BOM.
  • Confirm and validate the validity of CBOM MPN.
  • Map the CBOM components to existing available components to minimize duplication.

ERP System

  • Maintain Item Master Data in ERP system.

Component Advice

  • Provide component specification/datasheet/comparison advice to internal personnel.
  • Validate/proposing suitability of alternatives proposed by internal personnel or supplier.
  • Propose alternate part to internal personnel.

System/Program Maintenance

  • Luminovo data management
  • MPN management
  • Upload the MPN into database to check MPN status
  • Compile MPN lifecycle report tonotify internally
  • Create new PN if it does not exist in system
