Component Engineer - Port Elizabeth

Requirements:

• National Diploma, BTech, BSc or BEng in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in an automotive or similar engineering environment.
• Experience with component and/or system development and testing.
• Exposure to engineering data systems.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of engineering change management processes.
• Understanding of quality, safety and reliability standards.
• Project planning and project management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
