Vendor Onboarding

• Respond to all vendor onboarding requests and evaluate submissions to ensure they meet Pinchin’s requirements.
• Enter vendor setups in Vision and maintain accurate, organized records.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable during payment cycles.
• Follow guidelines and seek exception reviews from the risk team; correspond with executive level employees regularly.
• Track WSIB and WCB for all vendors in each province using online databases and update Vision for out‑of‑compliance vendors.
• Analyze and verify consistency, completeness, and accuracy of vendor and insurance data.

Client Onboarding

• Handle all client requests accurately and efficiently, meeting acceptable turnaround times.
