Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Real Estate Compliance Coordinator to support brokerage operations and ensure full compliance with US real estate regulations. This role focuses on transaction file review, development and oversight of compliance-related standard operating procedures (SOPs), and serving as a trusted resource for agents and transaction coordinators.
The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with real estate forms, transaction processes, and compliance review standards, and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced brokerage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain availability during regular business hours (Central Time) to respond promptly to agent and staff inquiries regarding compliance and required documentation.
- Conduct thorough and timely audits of transaction files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brokerage policies and regulatory requirements.
