An independent and detail-oriented professional, you will bring operational autonomy and advanced data mastery to track, reconcile, and report on multi-million-pound work programmes. You will have a proven track record of working within a regulated housing or building services environment, maintaining a firm grasp of the statutory and legal requirements for compliance workstreams. It is desirable for you to possess a qualification in a related M&E, Compliance, or Health & Safety area, along with an understanding and knowledge of asbestos, gas, electric, fire safety, or legionella compliance.

You must be passionate about excellent customer service, acting as the primary face of compliance during resident engagement days, site visits, and emergency service outages.
