Compliance Officer (Madrid)

We are currently seeking our next Compliance Officer to join AXA Partners in Spain. This key role involves working closely with the central Compliance team and the Head of Compliance IPA SA to uphold ethical standards, ensure adherence to regulations, and implement AXA Group policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt documentation from central team to local laws and local business requirements/activity.
• Provide or cascade the Central training on Compliance policies to all employees.
• Support the commercial team on the Due Diligence Process and in particular on the deals that need to be validated by local Compliance.
• Manage any Compliance breaches reports to be filled and sent out to Central Compliance Team.
• Prepare and fill all relevant data to the risk assessments that must be made, i.e. the Compliance Risk Assessment file and the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Risk assessment.
