Compliance Officer

About the role

This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of terminal activities. Working closely with Compliance, Health & Safety, Operations, Training, and Performance teams, the successful candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives, drive regulatory compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and identify opportunities to enhance operational and environmental performance across the business.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring terminal operations to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, conducting regular SAFELeader Walks and Drives and addressing any non‑compliance issues.
• Reviewing operational and performance reports, tracking equipment inspections, and working with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and improve operational efficiency.
