What does the job look like?

We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Retail team supporting a National online grocery delivery contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with subcontractors and operations to uphold compliance, safety, and audit standards.


Reporting to the Lead Auditor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring subcontractor compliance across safety, audit, and operational requirements. This role requires periodic metro and regional travel to engage subcontractors and complete audit requirements as required. Key areas:

  • Supporting pre- and post-audit activities and validating audit evidence

  • Conducting compliance checks across systems, documentation, and fleet maintenance

  • Monitoring and closing out audit findings and non-conformances

  • Conducting face-to-face driver interviews as part of social responsibility audits
