Compliance Officer (Data & IT Security)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with diverse work experience in compliance, privacy and data protection, and process improvement. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Up-to-date with trends, practices, policies and procedures relevant to compliance, privacy and data protection, and regulatory provisions applicable to the financial services industry; ability to drive change relevant to procedures and practices as applicable.
• Must have experience driving the build-out of compliance, privacy and/or data protection practices and policies.
• Must have excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented and have excellent prioritization, planning, project management and time management skills.
