Compliance Officer

• Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and audit business activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal policies.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct internal investigations and resolve compliance issues.
• Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
• Stay up to date with regulatory developments within and outside the company.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall compliance culture.
