Compliance Officer

For our fast growing organisation we are looking for a Compliance Officer (2nd line) 

The role:  

As the Compliance Officer for our fund services division and/or our corporate services division in The Netherlands, you will work closely with the NL Compliance Manager and the different teams to ensure that our organization can maintain their continued growth, by ensuring that they comply with applicable laws, regulations, supervisory requirements and internal policies and procedures. You are responsible for identifying and assessing the compliance risks faced as well as assisting in the management and monitoring of these risks. As Compliance Officer you will operate in the second line of defence with direct reporting lines to the management and will be based in Amsterdam.
