Compliance Officer (80%)

To strengthen our team in Geneva or Zurich, we are looking for a Compliance Officer .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and further develop the firm’s compliance function, with a particular focus on AML, KYC, client and matter intake, policies, procedures and risk based processes. You will work closely with different stakeholders and play a key role in establishing clear, practical and firm wide compliance standards in an international law firm environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, implement and further development the firm’s compliance framework, with a focus on AML, KYC, client and matter intake, sanctions and risk assessment processes.
• Review and improve internal compliance policies, procedures, controls and documentation standards.
